Norfolk Mills

What a delight! I like the information detail. In particular I was happy to come across this because of the mention of sturgeon:
___________

1737
Another sturgeon, nearly as large as the first, killed in the river by the paper mill, April 15th.
The Mighty City in the East - A. Leigh Hunt 1870

The original sturgeon referred to above was killed in the Mill Pool of nearby Thetford Mill on 7th April 1715 and apparently was found to be measuring 7 ft. 8 in. in length, and 3 ft. 2 in. in circumference, and weighing 192 lbs.

Amazing Person.

I wish to tell you about an amazing person.

Look, how he has restored his Subaru by himself! Photos show in what conditions he was doing that.
I think, that if this person appeared on a space station in a difficult situation, he would manage to repair everything!
But why he does this by himself? The same idea has occurred to me. There is only one answer – he just doesn’t have money for the repair workshop. For me the only fact is important - this person has not lost his heart and has not got rid of his car!

Appeal

Although the majority of war posters are about the "Your country needs you" and "Loose lips sink ships" kind of thing, there was also a humanitarian side. [I have greatly reduced these images, the originals are huge] Link…
